This is to inform all the students and members of staff of the Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHIPOLY), that the management of the institution has released the adjusted academic calendar for the 2020/2021 Session.

Auchi Polytechnic is a Federal Polytechnic in Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria. It is one of the first four Polytechnics established in Nigeria. It has over 10,000 students enrolled in business, technology, environmental and arts courses.

Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHIPOLY) academic calendar contains all important academic activities that have been scheduled to take place in the University for the 2020/2021 academic session. All students and lecturers of the school are hereby informed.
According to the Calendar, academic activities will commence on Tuesday 15th June, 2021 and end on Thursday 11th November, 2021.

- 15th June, 2021 – Departmental Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2019/2020 Second Semester Examination Results
- 17th June, 2021 – School Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2019/2020 Second Semester Examination Results
- 21st-24th June, 2021 – Academic Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2019/2020 Second Semester Examination Results
- 27th June, 2021 – Old Students Arrive Campus
- 28th June, 2021 – Registration Begins for Old Students
- 28th June, 2021 – Lectures Begin for all Students Including Students Returning from Industrial Training
- 16th July, 2021 – Registration of New Students Ends
- 19th July, 2021 – Late Registration Begins for All Regular Students
- 20th-21st July, 2021 – Id el Kabir
- 30th July, 2021 – Matriculation Ceremony for New Students
- 2nd August, 2021 – Late Registration Ends/Submission of Course work for Regular Students
- 2nd-4th August, 2021 – Orientation for New Students (Regular)
- 20th September, 2021 – 2020/2021 First Semester Examinations Begin for All Students, Including ND II Students from Industrial Training
- 1st October, 2021 – Independence Day
- 15th October, 2021 – 2020/2021 First Semester Examinations End for All Regular Students
- 16th October, 2021 – Students Vacate Hostels for First Semester Holidays
- 19th October, 2021 – Id el Maulud
- 24th October, 2021 – All Students resume for the Second Semester 2020/2021 Academic Session
- 2nd November, 2021 – Departmental Board Meetings for the Consideration of 2020/2021 First Semester Examination Results
- 4th November, 2021 – School Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2020/2021 First Semester Examination Results
- 9th-11th November, 2021 – Academic Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2020/2021 First Semester Examination Results
