Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University formerly known as Anambra State University is a Nigerian tertiary institution located in Uli, a town in Anambra State. The University was established by law No. 13 of 2000 by the Anambra State Government and has a 2-Campus structure. The main campus of the University is located at Uli, in the former site of the Ekwenugo Okeke Polytechnic, formally called Anambra State Polytechnic. The second campus is located at Igbariam in the former site of the College of Agriculture. The law establishing the University phased out the State Polytechnic and the University inherited its assets and liabilities.

WHAT IS ACCEPTANCE FEE

Acceptance fee means the fee you pay to secure your admission slot for any particular admission year like in 2023 as we are currently considering.

All successfully admitted candidates in the 2023/2024 Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University admissions exercise (100 Level and Direct Entry) are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of N26,315 only

All newly admitted students must pay their acceptance fee before they can print their admission notification letter and other related admission documents. Please note that the fee could change and this is at the discretion of the management of the University. So it is advised you reconfirm before making payment online.

COOU (ANSU) Acceptance Fee Payment And Registration Procedure [Institution & Guidelines]

Follow the acceptance fee payment and registration process outlined below carefully:

1. Kindly visit the coou portal at: portal.coou.edu.ng
2. Under the Undergraduate panel, locate and click “Confirm Admission Status”
3. Generate an invoice of N1,500 on Remita and pay either with your debit card or any bank branch
4. Return to the portal and click on “Verify Account” to get your login details
5. Login to the School portal and update your bio-data
6. Generate your acceptance invoice of N26,315 and pay for acceptance either with your debit card or any bank branch
7. Proceed to the Faculty with all your documents for Faculty clearance
8. Then generate school fees invoice and pay school fees to obtain your matriculation number.

Be informed that Anambra State University acceptance fee is to be paid within the stipulated period as directed by the management of the institution as failure to comply means automatic forfeiture of admission.

You are advised to keep all printed documents as you will be required to submit them during registration.
