- Go to the Federal Polytechnic, Ede portal at https://www.federalpolyede.edu.ng/entranceForm/login.php.
- Provide your form number and password in the required columns.
- Click ‘Login’ to access your profile.
- Finally, click on ‘Reprint Complete Form‘ to access the document that contains your Federal Polytechnic, Ede post-UTME score.
