The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) was originally founded as ASUTECH on July 30, 1980. The University was conceived with the aim to establish an institution that must be closely related to society, its industry and above all, serve as a catalyst in the technological advancement of the people, hence the University’s motto remains, “Technology for Service”.
When you apply to a particular university especially through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) either for full time or direct entry and you check your JAMB CAPs or JAMB Portal and discovered that you have been admitted, then the first step to take is to Accept or Reject the Admission give to you by JAMB.
Therefore, if you decide to reject the admission, then there will not be need to be talking about acceptance fee as the next point of call in this article but if you accept the admission, then you will need to pay a certain amount to show that you have accepted the admission given to you.

This is to inform all the candidates that gained admission into the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT that the acceptance fee for 2023/2024 academic session has been announce.
WHAT IS ACCEPTANCE FEE
Acceptance fee means the fee you pay to secure your admission slot for any particular admission year like in 2023 as we are currently considering.

ESUT Admission Acceptance Fee Amount
All successful admitted students into the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of Twenty Six Thousand One Hundred Naira (N26,100.00) only.
All newly admitted students must pay their acceptance fee before they can print their admission notification letter and other related admission documents. Please note that the fee could change and this is at the discretion of the management of the University. So it is advised you reconfirm before making payment online.

ESUT Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure
Follow the payment steps/guidelines as outlined below:
- First Go to ESUT Website
- Click on ESUT Portal
- Then click on “Click here to Verify Your Account“
- Enter your jamb registration number
- Click on submit and after which login to your account, complete biodata (if applicable) and generate invoice.
- Then go to any of the below bank and pay the fee
- Access Bank PLC Agbani;
- Fidelity Bank PLC;
- Skye Bank PLC Ogui Road and
- Zenith Bank PLC.
7. Go back to the portal and complete the payment.
ESUT newly admitted students are advised to print out a formal letter of admission from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) website.
Admitted candidates are also expected to report to the Admissions Unit of the University for details on registration procedures and formalities.
Please note that Post admission Credentials are not acceptable and the names in the JAMB Admission letter and your other relevant credentials must be the same.
Also, be informed that the University now operates on-campus system for her fresh students on the basis of first come first served.
As part of your registration exercise, you are required to proceed to the porter’s office in the female hostel of the main campus with your admission letter to complete the hostel allocation form for your accommodation
