WHAT IS ACCEPTANCE FEE
Acceptance fee means the fee you pay to secure your admission slot for any particular admission year like in 2022 as we are currently considering.

Kwara State Polytechnic Admission Acceptance Fee Amount
All successfully admitted candidates in the 2022/2023 Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY) admissions exercise are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N15,800.00) for Indigenes of Kwara State and Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N20,800.00) for Non-Indigenes.
Note: All newly admitted students must pay their acceptance fee before they can print their admission notification letter and other related admission documents.

Kwara State Poly Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure
Kindly Follow the payment steps/guidelines outlined below carefully:
Kwara State Polytechnic acceptance fee payment portal is https://portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng/login_app.php.
- Successfully admitted candidates are issued a student login link, student ID and a temporary password.
- Log in to the student area using the student id and the temporary password provided.
- On successful login, click on “make payment” on the left menu, then click on the acceptance tab to make the acceptance fee payment.
- After the Acceptance fee is successfully paid, a link to print Kwara Poly Acceptance letter is displayed, and then your student’s status is changed to “screening requested”.
- If you pass the Kwara poly screening, an email will be sent to your mailbox informing you that your credential has been screened.
- If you, however, fail the screening test, you will be instructed on what to do next.
Note: Failure to pay within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the admission.
You are advised to keep all printed documents as you will be required to submit them during registration.
