Niger State Poly Post UTME Screening Eligibility
The minimum entry requirements for National Diploma (ND) Programmes in the specified field are:
- Candidates who chose Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru as their preferred choice of institution during the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Registration
- Candidate must have written the 2020 JAMB UTME and scored the minimum Cut-Off Mark.
- Candidates with a minimum of five (5) Credits Passes at WAEC/SSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and Teachers’ Grade Two Certificates or equivalent (in not more than two (2) sittings), which must include English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other relevant subjects as specified in JAMB Brochure.
- Candidate must be at least 16 (Sixteen) of age
- Interested Candidates who did not choose Niger State Polytechnic during the UTME Registration but wish to study in the polytechnic, should change to the NIGERPOLY via JAMB website. Note that candidates that did not choose the polytechnic can apply.
Prospective candidates are STRONGLY advised to upload their ‘O’ LEVEL RESULTS unto the JAMB website (CAPS) at the nearest JAMB Office or JAMB accredited CBT Centre.

All applicants must purchase the Polytechnic admission access Pin from any Commercial Bank through E-Transact for a Non-refundable fee of five thousand naira (N5,000.00) only excluding Bank Charges.
The admission form can be accessed online at the Polytechnic website, www.nigerpoly.edu.ng. Follow these steps to complete the Admission Form online:
- Open to the website
- Click online Forms
- Click Admission Form
- Enter your Pin Code and Click Login
- Fill the Form
- Click Preview Form
- Upload your Passport size Picture and Print Preview
- Click Submit.
APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:
The deadline for the online submission of application form is on 31st January, 2021.
