Ambrose Alli University (AAU) is a State Government owned University established in 1981. It was established by the then governor of Bendel State (now Edo and Delta States), Professor Ambrose Folorunsho Alli (1979–1983). First known as Bendel State University, then Edo State University, it was later changed to its present name in commemoration of Professor Ambrose Folorunso Alli. It is accredited and recognized by the National Universities Commission (NUC) The university was located in Ekpoma, Edo State Nigeria. Ambrose Alli University offer various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

AAU Admission Acceptance Fee Amount
All successfully admitted candidates in the 2022/2023 Ambrose Alli University (AAU) admissions exercise (100 Level and Direct Entry) are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of N79,300 for Medical Students (Medicine & Surgery) and N64,300 for other departments.
All freshers are to pay this fee as soon as they confirm their names on the admission list but please note that the fee could change and this is at the discretion of the management of the university. So it is advised you reconfirm before making payment online.

AAU Ekpoma Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure
Kindly Follow procedure outlined below carefully:
- Go to https://aaue.waeup.org click login, enter username and password e.g username = E2015171, password = 234052
- Click “My Data” tab at the top of the Page, click “payments”.
- Click on the Add Online Payment Ticket button.
- Under Category: Select the appropriate payment item (i.e: acceptance fee).
Be informed that Ambrose Alli University acceptance fee is to be paid within the stipulated period as directed by the management of the institution as failure to comply means automatic forfeiture of admission.
