The management of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri has released the cut-off mark for the 2024/2025 academic session. FUTO general Post-UTME minimum cut-off mark for the 2024/2025 admission exercise is 160 and above.
This will be the JAMB score that will be used for admission into FUTO for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Federal University of Technology, Owerri does not really have a specific cut off mark for courses.
This means that FUTO cut off mark is 160 for the 2024/2025 academic session’s admission exercise
Due to the high number of students wishing to study at the Federal university, the admission processes are competitive and an admission is given based on JAMB score and O’level grades.
FUTO Departmental Cut Off Mark
Departmental cut off mark is the minimum cut off mark for admission into various departments in a particular University.

- UTME Candidates who chose Federal University of Technology, Owerri as their first choice of institution.
- Candidates are also required to obtain the required O’level credits for their programmes as specified in JAMB Brochure.
- Candidate must be at least 16 (Sixteen) of age.
